Web sites
Recent CSS Driven Web site (XHTML, CSS, Jquery, XML, PHP)
- I've created the Spokane Summer Reading Web site for three years. The site receives over 1,000 hits a day and serves both Spokane County and Spokane Public Library Systems. This year, I used xml, JQUERY, CSS, and W3C Compliant XHTML.
American Pacific Mortgage (JQUERY)
- I made this site for my own sake. I wanted to present the same information and interactivity as the Flash version but with W3C Compliant Code.
Botzon Auto Repair (JQUERY, CSS)
- This another XHTML version of a Flash 'site . I wanted to present the same information and interactivity as the Flash version with W3C Compliant Code. Also, the designer who took over the Flash version didn't know how to maintain the custom JavaScript to Action Script links I made. As a result, he broke the site, which is a pity because it's live and NOT functioning as it should.
Old School FrontPage 2003 (HMTL 4.0, CSS)
- This is an old school table based layout. Why tables? Because that's the only layout option MicroSoft offers in FrontPage 2003 (Thankfully they've added CSS layouts to Expression Web). I, coded, wrote, and taught from this site for my GBUS 108 course at SFCC. Despite it's shortcomings, students used it frequently and gave me some very positive responses.
Paper Portfolio (JQUERY, CSS)
- This is my challenging CSS driven portfolio in the works. The JQUERY AJAX portion is taking longer than I anticipated.
Insect Dress Up (JavaScript, CSS)
- I created this interactive for my one of wife's library reading programs. I created all the graphics, coding, and interactivity.
American Pacific Mortgage (HTML 4.0, Google Map, Action Script 3.0, Flash Video, PHP)
- Even though I had a lot of fun making this site, it's level of accessibility has troubled me. As a result, I made my own xhtml version of it. Despite its issues, it is a good example of Flash animation, video, and action script.
Ajax App.(XHTML, JQUERY, CSS)
- High end AJAX portfolio that required too much bandwidth work reliablly across platforms and browsers; so, I'm holding on to for a while.
